Whistleblowing System


PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (“AlamTri” or the “Company”) applies the principles of Good Corporate Governance and Alamtri Values consistently across all activities conducted to optimize the achievement of the Company goals and the application of Alamtri Values for the benefits of all stakeholders, as well as preventing the actions which may harm the Company.

Accordingly, the employees and other stakeholders are requested to contribute proactively by reporting to the Company through the “Alamtri Values Line” in the event that they find any action or potential action with regards to the following:

  1. Corruption
  2. Bribery / Gratification
  3. Fraud
  4. Theft / Embezzlement
  5. Extortion
  6. Forgery
  7. Conflict of Interest
  8. Harassment
  9. Violation of the Law
  10. Violation of the Company Regulations / Collective Labour Agreements

Alamtri Values Line is an independent violation reporting system professionally managed by Deloitte provided by the Company to report any fraud or wrongdoings in the work environment, either anonymously or non-anonymously through the following communication channels:

You are all requested to report any findings in relation to the above matters through AlamTri Values Line. Don't turn a blind eye, don't keep silent. Let us ensure that Alamtri is a workplace that upholds integrity.

 

Protection for Whistleblowers

The Company gives the whistleblowers the options to make the reports anonymously, partly anonymously, and not anonymously. The Company will grant protection for the whistleblowers who report in good faith, including for the witnesses of the violations, by keeping both their identity and the reports confidential. The Company will also keep the identity of the subjects of the reports confidential as long as the alleged violations have not been substantiated.

Such protection for whistleblowers and subjects of the reports is stipulated in the Whistleblowing System Policy, which was approved on March 28, 2025 can be accessed here.
